Every crew that rolls out of our Round Rock shop shares one thing: nobody here learned ductwork from a weekend course. We’re the technicians who show up in uniform, introduce ourselves by name before touching your thermostat, and photograph every duct run so you see what we saw. Tomas Reyes built this crew deliberately, mixing veterans who remember the old flex-duct era with younger techs trained on negative-pressure extraction from day one. What unites us is the H.A.V.E.N. Standard, and the stubborn belief that a homeowner in Round Rock deserves to know exactly who’s breathing their air.

Tomas Reyes, Owner & Lead Technician
I started CleanRun in 2013 after watching too many “blow-and-go” duct jobs leave homeowners with a lighter wallet and the same black debris lining their plenum. Twelve years and 52,000 homes later, I still pull a Rotobrush on the jobs that need it, especially in the older ranch-style builds around Old Town Round Rock where the original galvanized ductwork fights every turn. I’m NADCA-certified for HVAC system cleaning and hold the Abatement Technologies HEPA certification for containment work. Off the job, I restore vintage Honda motorcycles, badly, and my garage floor has the oil stains to prove it.
Marcus T., Senior Installer & Duct Repair Specialist
Marcus joined us in 2018 after eight years in commercial HVAC retrofit across Williamson County. He specializes in duct sealing and repair, the unglamorous work that actually moves the needle on your energy bill. In Round Rock’s newer developments like Paloma Lake and Forest Creek, he’s tracked down leaks in builder-grade flex duct that were bleeding 30% of conditioned air into the attic before the homeowner’s first summer. Marcus holds a BPI Building Analyst certification and has a running bet with Tomas about which neighborhood’s attic insulation will be the worst-heaved each July. He loses often and pays in breakfast tacos.
Elena V., Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice on the other end of (737) 259-5752, and she’s the reason we can say every call is answered by a live person. She schedules every Round Rock job, preps the written scope documents that our techs review with you before a single panel comes off, and manages the photo record delivery so customers receive their before-and-after documentation within 24 hours. Elena came to us from property management in North Austin and speaks fluent “contractor excuse,” which means she cuts through scheduling conflicts before they become your problem. She keeps a small herb garden on her apartment balcony and brings dried oregano to the office that she claims is better than anything at H-E-B.
Diego R., Apprentice Technician
Diego started with us in 2023 after completing the HVAC program at Austin Community College’s Round Rock campus. He’s our youngest crew member and our most thorough, still building the muscle memory that lets a veteran read a duct run by the resistance on the brush cable. Diego runs the Nikro negative-pressure machines on most residential jobs and has developed a particular eye for dryer vent blockages, probably because he’s cleaned forty-seven of them in Round Rock’s townhome communities where the vent runs are absurdly long and turn twice before hitting daylight. He lives with his grandmother in Georgetown and drives a 2009 Tacoma with 287,000 miles that he maintains himself.
